We want you to love your purchase!

• Returns or exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided items are:
  • Unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
• Hygienic or personal care products (like perfumes, cosmetics, etc.) can be returned only if defective or damaged on arrival.
• To initiate a return, email musadperfumes@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
